The BEST awards competition is recognized as the premiere award in the building industry statewide. Prime Homebuilders received 38 awards, 6 Platinum, 18 Gold and 14 Silver. There's No Place Like Home As An Investment. Home buying soars as stocks fade. Shaken by declining values, investors seek profits in South Florida's hot Real Estate market. "People are buying real estate instead of going into the stock market".

Nationally home prices are up 6.6% in the last year. In Miami-Dade County existing home prices skyrocketed 20% in last year with a median sale price of $182,000.

The number of homes sold is up 19%. In Broward County the median price rose 13% to $193,000. It appears Americans are deciding there's no place like home as an investment. Burned by the bursting internet bubble & diving Dow, investors are putting their money where their hearth is.
