Saturday April 29, 2007 - Amidst ceremony and splendor at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa in Hollywood Beach, Prime Homebuilders emerged as one of the most awarded companies among the South Florida Building Industry’s BEST Awards. The highly coveted BEST Awards recognizes competition from Florida’s newest construction projects and is recognized as Florida’s premiere building industry award.

To evaluate the entries, twenty-two, out-of-state building industry experts traveled to Florida for the judging. The judges took three days to evaluated the 2007 entries with careful attention to the quality and high standards the industry demands.

The results of the judging revealed that Prime Homebuilders’ performance and affordability won 53 “BEST” Awards in all of its active Florida communities. It was a record achievement that earned Prime Homebuilders 15 Platinum, 23 Gold and 15 Silver awards in many categories which included Architecture, Overall Community, Land Planning, Interior Designing, Entryways and Builder Overall Product.

Although the housing industry has recently gone through corrections yielding a “Buyers Market”, Prime Homebuilders continues to succeed with their signature “Affordable Luxury” communities.
