Shortly after achieving an incredible sales record at ‘Portofino Shores’ at North St. Lucie (where 65 homes were sold in just one day),  Prime Homebuilders does it again setting a new record at the Grand Opening of its newest community 'Portofino Lakes’ at Waterstone-Homestead. On Saturday July 12, 2003…a record breaking 67 homes were sold!

Since October 12, 2002, Prime Homebuilders has sold to date:

225 Homes in 'Portofino Shores at North St. Lucie
120 Homes in Portofino Estates at Waterstone
158 Homes in Portofino Bay at Waterstone
67 Homes in Portofino Lakes at Waterstone

For a total of 570 Homes all in the price range from the $140’s to the $250’s.

By October 12, 2003 Prime Homebuilders should surpass 600 sold homes in one year, placing them within the top 100 builders in the United States in homes sold and in revenues (per 2002 statistics).
